Department of Management
DCAST’s Management Department is constantly improving to concentrate on students’ comprehensive and in-depth skill development. The program is carefully crafted to provide students with a solid foundation in analytical, strategic, problem-solving, qualitative, and quantitative skills—all of which are critical in today’s dynamic workplace.
The department places a strong emphasis on experiential learning outside of the classroom through case studies, industry contacts, internships, seminars, and practical projects. This diverse approach guarantees that students not only perceive theoretical ideas but also learn how to successfully implement them in actual business situations.
With their varied backgrounds in academia and business, the faculty members help students enhance their critical thinking, leadership, communication, and ethical decision-making abilities. Students are encouraged to investigate new concepts and develop an entrepreneurial mindset.
The Department provides a BBA program aligned with the New Education Policy (NEP) 2020. This curriculum aims to provide prospective managers with a firm understanding of management theory, real-world applications, and the fundamental abilities required to succeed in the business world. It is perfect for those who want to build strong managerial and business skills. The program gives students a strategic perspective on the issues and developments in management.
All things considered, the department is dedicated to supporting students’ holistic development by fusing academic brilliance with real-world knowledge, equipping them to succeed in a variety of managerial positions and make significant contributions to the business and entrepreneurial sectors.
